Because I have been where you are, and I've walked alongside many others too.

Losing my Mum at a young age shaped my path. Years working in end-of-life care taught me how to hold space with compassion, listen without judgment and support people through life's hardest moments.

Now I help individuals feel grounded, clear and emotionally strong, using a mix of mindset coaching, counselling skills and body-based wellness.
